I provide secure virtual therapy sessions over Zoom.
Seeing a therapist online allows you to attend from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Many clients appreciate the flexibility of virtual therapy and find it just as effective as meeting in person.
Session length is about 1 hour.

I am in-network with Aetna, Highmark BCBS/BlueCard Network (excluding Independence Blue Cross plans), United Healthcare/Optum, Oscar, and Allied Trades.
I am more than happy to help you determine your benefits and coverage.
If I am not in-network for you, I will provide you with Superbills, so you are able to receive reimbursement from your insurance according to your out-of-network benefits.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it's completely normal to have questions or wonder if you've found the right therapist. Our first session is simply a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what's bringing you in, what you'd like to work on, and what you're hoping to get from therapy. You'll also have plenty of time to ask questions and get a feel for how I work.
One of the most important parts of therapy is the connection you have with your therapist. You should feel comfortable, heard, and respected. My hope is that you'll leave our first session with a sense of whether I'm the right fit for you.
I believe therapy works best when it's a collaborative process. My role is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space while offering the experience, tools, and guidance to help you move toward the life you want. Wherever you are in your journey, we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you.
